Edge Deployments
Deploy and manage edge gateways that acquire data from your industrial sites.
Edge deployments are the gateways that run at your physical sites. They connect to local industrial data sources via connectors, acquire telemetry data at configured intervals, and stream it to the Fleetera cloud platform.
Each deployment runs Fleetera Edge inside Docker containers on a Linux server at the site. The platform manages the full lifecycle — from creation and installation to configuration sync and monitoring.
In the site sidebar, this section is labeled Gateways (under Connect). "Edge deployment" is the underlying technical term; "Gateway" is the name you see in the app.
